Just use VLC player outside of the game or the MP3 player in the game and set up your own playlist of MP3's. I would doubt there are many Internet radio stations streaming that sort of music, and it would have to be compatible with ETS2's player, which isn't keeping up with the codecs that are used for streaming these days.
