Waw wasn’t unfortunately. WAW and BO3 are the only CoD games with a true split screen coop campaign. Of those two, BO3 is the only one available on PS4. If you are simply looking for a coop mode, there are considerably more options. MW (2019) does include a four player coop mode with strong story elements in the form of Spec Ops Operations

I was thinking more like weapon mods and texture stuff. I like games from Bethesda that have mod menus to get mods, and wish that all games that are moddable were like that. It's definitely possible!
